Soil Solution is a liquid concentrate and is designed to aid soils that are in need of lime until lime can be applied. Soil Solution is formulated with a blend of micro-nutrients, designed to enhance microbial activity which aids in digestion of old plant residue; the result of which is healthier soils for better support of plant growth.
Soil Solution also helps to correct any compaction problems. Compaction in the soil also keeps the plant from being able to get its root system deep in the ground where much of the moisture and nutrients are stored. Underneath is usually where the compaction problem lies. With Soil Solution you are able to get to the compacted areas that your disk could not.
Life in the Soil: In agriculture we have known for over 100 years that our soils are alive with what we know as micro flora. This is all of the micro-organisms that MUST be present for our soils to function and allow plants to grow. Bacteria, algae, and yes, even nematodes, are not only present, but necessary for your soils to be healthy and productive. Certain strains of micro flora are required in order for specific nutrients to convert to forms that your crop can use. The growth and activities of these bacteria are the only source for oxygen in your soil. Without oxygen, your soils become compacted, tight, hard and dry.
Soil Solution is designed to stimulate the micro flora in your soils and more specifically to stimulate the breakdown, or composting, of post harvest crop residue. This is done by way 
of stimulating the bacteria, as well as introducing specific enzymes to allow these bacteria to more easily feed on crop residue. In other words, we are “feeding” your bacteria. Many products have come and gone that attempt to apply more bacteria to you soils. Soil Solution feeds the existing micro flora that have already adapted to the environment of a cultivated soil and have survived the many practices that hurt their natural processes. To enhance bacterial activity is to improve the overall health of your crop fields. More bacterial activity means more Oxygen, more nutrient availability, more water holding capacity, and better yields.

Soil Solution should be applied to your soil as a broadcast spray at a rate of 24 or 32 oz per acre. Dilute in enough water for ample coverage (5 to 10 gallons total per acre). Soil Solution at 24 ounces per acre after plowing, but, before seed is incorporated into the soil. In no-till situations, or after the crop has been planted, apply 32 ounces per acre and rain incorporation is necessary for activation to be successful. For best results, apply 4 to 6 weeks before planting.
Application with a Pump-Up Sprayer: Before Planting, Add 2 ounces of Soil Solution to every one gallon of water. Apply vigorously as a mist to soil, potting soil, garden or small food plot. Where possible, follow application with a good soaking of water to activate. Fall application is preferred over spring time simply because the results are a function of time. It takes time. Normal response, if it is watched closely, is three to four weeks the first time it is incorporated.
Q: Do I have to use all of the Forage Maker System products to get results?
A: No. You can use any of the DeltAg products and get great results.
Q: Does Soil Solution replace the use of lime?
A: NO! Soil Solution does not replace the need for lime on low pH soils. However, the annual application of Soil Solution will help with crop residue composting, soil aeration, water holding capacity and over all potential for the soil to support plant life. These benefits will aid in over-all plant growth where lime is needed. However, for long term healthier plants, lime should be
applied when possible.
Q: What is the advantage to having a healthier root system?
A: 40 to 50% of the plant is under the ground and the root system is the life line of the plant. A healthier root system helps the plant survive when there are strong environmental aspects at play such as drought, unexpected cold weather, etc. The plant is able to survive longer, grow larger, and take more stress then what other plants take. It is also able to pull in more nitrogen,
phosphorous, potash and other nutrients needed when it has a better root system. It’s pretty simple. The root system is everything and our products help to produce the ultimate root system.
Q: Should I still use the recommended amounts of fertilizer, phosphate, and potash?
A: Yes! Soil Solution, Seed Coat, and Plant Power should be used along with your normal practices so you can grow the very best food plot possible for the weather conditions received.
Q: Are the products just another fertilizer?
A: Absolutely Not! Although there are nutrients in the products, the main ingredients in each product are amino acids, enzymes, and vitamins. DeltAg utilizes a proprietary additive, Fulvore, to enhance the absorption and translocation of our primary ingredients. This combination of ingredients increases the plant’s metabolism and root system, which makes the plant healthier
with better quality and production.

Q: Will DeltAg products tank mix?
A: DeltAg has experienced very few tank mix problems over many years. Our products have been applied with many insecticides and fungicides. Nutri K should always be diluted in bulk water before adding Plant Power or other chemicals to avoid excess foaming. Always check for compatibility first.
